Furniture Sale Details
To register for the upcoming home decor sale, go to the contact page, fill out the information, and indicate in the comment section that you would like to register to bring items for the furniture sale. We will e-mail you a contract number and you will use that number to mark all your items and fill out your contract. (Download contract here.) Each item must be listed on the contract and also must have an index card filled out. The item number will be your contract number followed by a hyphen and numbered beginning with "1" (for example contract number 100 would have items #100-1, #100-2, #100-3, and so on).

A line needs to be drawn on the index card dividing it in half. Put the following on each side: The item number goes in the upper left corner, followed by a description of the item; the price will go in the bottom right corner. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO 25% OFF ON SATURDAY ON THE ITEM (IF IT HAS NOT SOLD), YOU NEED TO WRITE NO DISCOUNT IN RED UNDER THE PRICE. In addition, there must be masking tape on the item with the item number. (Example picture below.)
Items that will be accepted: Rugs, furniture, lamps, pictures, mirrors, complete bedding sets (only clean sets in excellent condition will be accepted), and current home decorating accessories (no country items, no tole painting, etc.). All items must be in excellent condition. Any upholstered furniture must come from nonsmoking home and be free of stains and pet hair.
Items that will not be accepted: Any upholstered furniture with stains or rips. Anything broken. Any "attic-looking" furniture. Antiques and shabby chic items are fine. Think "consignment decor sale" and not "garage sale". If you are not sure whether to bring a big piece of furniture, you can e-mail a picture to me.
