About the Sale
I started my sale 17 years ago, in the Mustang-Yukon area. My daughter, Brittani, was six months old. When Brittani was born, I went to a local Department store to purchase my baby girl an outfit. When I spent $70 on the outfit, I thought, "Oh my! I can't keep this up." I love garage sales and thrift stores and I began to think that I would start a consignment sale in my garage so that I could clothe my children. Before I knew it, I was renting a commercial building to hold the twice-a-year sales.
Now, sixteen years later, the sale is much more than I could ever have imagined. We have had over 650 consigners and 20,000 square feet of space. This year we are scaling back to have a smaller, more personal sale. Many of my customers have been with my business so long that their children are married and they are now buying for their grandchildren. I owe everything to my Heavenly Father. Without Him, these sales would be nothing. God has allowed this business to be a witness for Him. Many customers come to me and say, "Your sale is such a blessing to our family."
